Christmas Party Self Defence Workshop

In preparation for running the gauntlet that is the office Christmas party, we are hosting a self defense workshop to help you stay sane, stay safe, and still have a good time / partake of Christmas cheer.

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn:

• how your biological self defense system works
• how to deal with the office creep
• how to navigate through a crowd without spilling your drink
• subtle yet effective self defense techniques for personal space invaders.

Here’s your chance to learn practical techniques that help you keep your boundaries and keep your job.

We’ll look at common scenarios, what we can do about them without escalating everything into a fight, and then team up and practice the move!
